I’ve decided to make a difference by taking part in Melanoma March and creating my own fundraising page — walking in support of my beautiful sister, Karina.

This cause is incredibly close to my heart, and every step I take is for her and for everyone affected by melanoma. Through my page, you can easily support this cause by making a secure donation, with all funds raised going directly towards Melanoma Institute Australia’s life-saving research.

Melanoma is often misunderstood and mistaken as “just a skin cancer,” but it is actually one of the most aggressive and dangerous forms of cancer if not detected early. Many people underestimate how quickly it can spread and how serious the consequences can be. 

You may think it will never happen to you or someone you love — until it does. That’s why awareness, early detection, and continued research are so important. Education saves lives, and supporting melanoma research helps ensure more people get the chance at early diagnosis, effective treatment, and hope for the future.
